I’d be lying if I said my grind wasn’t fueled by the doubters at first. It feels so good to make people eat their words, but after a while, that attitude takes a toll on the soul. Our choices shouldn’t be derived of hate or spite. They should be derived of love and passion! That’s where you win. When you act with a pure heart.

The word is out, and we didn’t stutter. On the 21st of February, come experience the largest fitness event in the history of the University of Tennessee. An event so epic, so moving, you’ll never forget it.

URHC has included a raffle and prizes to measure, and as always, Team Top Flight is delivering the passion and the motivation that is forging new heights in the industry, turning the fitness game on its head.

It’s a straight-up glow party, and here’s the kicker. You’ll be so hype, that “workout” and “rave” will become synonymous.
